I find that the manual seat adjustment in my FL slips over time.

The height adjustment used to slip slowly to the lowest setting, but overcame that with a measured bit of wood underneath it.

The bigger challenge is to stop the backrest slipping back over time - after a long journey I usually have to adjust it back up to my chosen position. Any ideas to stop this slipping please?
