Heated screen problems

My fl2 (2013 xs) has never had heated mirrors, I assumed they didn't have them but the screen was great. This year neither side appears to de ice. So I'm assuming I need to check fuses and relays, where are they please?
I doubt both sides of the screen would fail over one summer
