Mine went other month, same as you, just a whoosh noise but no lack of power or engine lights, few £ for new silicone hose from ebay, problem sorted, local LR independent parts firm wanted £70+ vat for full hose set saying the small hose that split wasn't available separate..

good stuff, easy job to do but surprisingly fiddly with it being quite tight, fan housing tends dig in arms.

Any links to the eBay part? FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Strangely, our old neighbours Daughter and family popped down last year for a week in the holiday place and upon arriving the husband (not techie, but bloody good hair colourist apparently....whatever that Is? Laughing ) they were given her Dads old FL2 and he complained the funny noises it was making and lack of power going up our hills......I suggested it might be a turbo hose popped off or something (too old and wise to look myself anymore Wink ) and he took it to our local “rusty nails” garage up the road, they order anew turbo pipe and fixed it the next day at all in cost of about £70 which I thought was good value at a garage.

Glad I’ve no turbo on our FL Very Happy Regards

David

Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me......

Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again......
