Mine went other month, same as you, just a whoosh noise but no lack of power or engine lights, few £ for new silicone hose from ebay, problem sorted, local LR independent parts firm wanted £70+ vat for full hose set saying the small hose that split wasn't available separate.. |

good stuff, easy job to do but surprisingly fiddly with it being quite tight, fan housing tends dig in arms. |

glad its sorted, like I said easy job but the fan/ metal work does catch the arms, good idea putting some tape on it. |

Strangely, our old neighbours Daughter and family popped down last year for a week in the holiday place and upon arriving the husband (not techie, but bloody good hair colourist apparently....whatever that Is? ) they were given her Dads old FL2 and he complained the funny noises it was making and lack of power going up our hills......I suggested it might be a turbo hose popped off or something (too old and wise to look myself anymore ) and he took it to our local “rusty nails” garage up the road, they order anew turbo pipe and fixed it the next day at all in cost of about £70 which I thought was good value at a garage.
