I don't have the details at hand but using the latest carlinkit from aliexpress. Works pretty well - and it's wireless! For calls I keep the phone connected to the car Bluetooth too. Sometimes calls go straight to it, sometimes I switch manually. Not a major hassle. All in all a good experience. I got a reply from Xtrons who said that their CP02 dongle offers what they call ‘Car Auto Play’ for iPhones which operates the same as Apple CarPlay but they can’t use that term as to do so would infringe Apple copyright. They also said that when connected via their Car Auto Play, the iPhone can still be used with the factory Bluetooth setup to make and receive calls if preferred.
