Retrofit Side Steps

My Wife is struggling a bit to get into the car lately and I'm wondering if side steps might be the answer.
Anyone had any experience of retrofit and cost?
As usual I know that someone on here will know ☺

There are numerous sources, ebay is probably your best first point of call.

PowerfullUK have done a YouTube explanation on how to fit side tubes, but the process for side steps will be similar. You will need a rivnut fixing tool to fit the required captured nuts to bolt the steps onto the underside but other than this all you should need is a socket set or spanners - it can be done on your drive will little problems, that is how I fitted a set a while back.

I bought ours from https://www.lrparts.net/ and fitted them with the help of the brother in law, Once we worked out what the RivNut tool did and we couldn't fit without it. once we had the tool it was a piece of cake 1/2 hour per side.

simple job even for someone like me with very little skill
