I have a Eliminator AGM in mine, came with it when I purchased the FL2 used last December........cranks up right away and no issues. I do a few long drives weekly however, well over an hour.

Do you need an AGM ? If you dont why pay the extra for one ?

FWIW I bought a brand new F19 Varta Silver Dynamic from Tanya £95 delivered (inc waranty) (non-AGM)

Oh you bought a standard one Embarassed Jules

Also don’t overlook EuroCarParts as they have good offers on all the time or so it seems, we got the biggest Varta Silver (I think a 110 size) for the FL2 when we got ours and it was less than £100, I think about £87 after a 70% Shocked discount. Regards

Currently the Varta Silver F18 (called the Varta Silver 100 at ECP) is £102 (inc current discount) at ECP for you to go and collect and £98 from Tayna delivered to you.

I bought the F19 which is the same price and capacity as the F18 but is 15mm taller (why ?) Jules
