2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Firenze Red

Front sensors beeping

I have a fl2 metropolis
When i put it in reverse with nothing in front the front sensers beep every 10 seconds or so,is this normal,
I've cleaned the sensors,made no difference,only thing I can see is the paint is coming off one of them,
Any guidance appreciated,thanks Freelander 1 se 1.8 petrol

No front one shouldn’t beep if there’s nothing in range.
