LH rear Tapping noise low speed, slight wobble at high speed

So from the LH rear wheel I get an intermittent tapping noise at low speed almost like lightly bouncing a rubber ball on a table, and random croaking noises, similar to a frog. When driving at 55+ I get a noise that sounds like a bad tire, but I’ve swapped the tires around and the noise/vibration doesn’t follow the tire so it’s in the wheel area. In the past year I’ve changed the wheel bearing, brake calipers, and brake pads. I’m at a loss for what this could be. It’s not coming from the center or differential area and there seems to be no extra play in the drive shafts.

Anyone have any idea where else I can look for the cause of these noises?

This is a 2009 LR2.
