Sounds like I'm driving a matress

Hi I'm wondering if you can help!

Recently I noticed a quiet noise as if I had a stone in my tire.... But it has since got loader.... It now sounds like what I can only discribed as a matress spring being pushed up and down to make it creak... The faster the wheels turn the faster it repeats.....
It only comes from the passenger side front wheel... And if I had my windows closed I would be none the wiser... Yet with the window open I now know why so many people were looking at me... It's load...

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be
.. there seems to be noting loose or not where it should be.... And if it was bearings I would have thought the noise a more of a groan as opposed to a creaky old spring....

Sad

It does sound like the beginning of a wheel bearing. Sometimes tightening the main nut can cure it. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Can also be a tire. I once had a tire making these kind of noises, it made a creaking noise each time it went round. You could try to swap the front and rear wheels, if the sound moves to the back it is a tire.
