Injectors No Voltage, Not starting

Good day
TD4 refuses to start - engine swings but not taking. Injectors have little to no voltage. Anyone had this problem before?
Injectors have been tested, injector pump is good, diesel is at the injectors..
Help!
Thanks

if the ECU doesn't see fuel pressure within a certain tolerance range the ECu switches off the Injectors.
Need to check pre-pump pressure & rail pressure first. Jaguar x-type sport gone

Thanks for the reply.
Issue has been resolved. Wiring near exhaust manifold was burnt due to no turbo gasket installed (had no record of previous work or lack thereof done on vehicle)
Wires were causing a short.

Well done. Never fun when its wiring. A fault code of injector open curcuit or short to ground should of been present.
Its frustrating that when someone has spent time repairing the turbo in the past and left a gasket out.
Cheapskate bodge causes another problem. See it daily Jaguar x-type sport gone
