I also found this system for those who have the LR branded low ICE with small screen.
By moving the small screen up to the roof it leaves the main screen area empty.
Not sure what system this is but must be available somewhere?

It replaces both the sat nav and radio unit, preserving the original CD unit and steering wheel controls, as well as hazard lights, lock/unlock, parking sensors off.
But it lacks feedback from sellers, actually there are 0 orders till now. Could be it is a recent model.

I am checking this as well but still hesitant due to lack of reviews and time to spend on research.
I got the same replies while talking to one of these sellers adding that they say it also supports apple carplay without additional usb plug in interface.
They also claim that it is compatible with all models from 07 to 14 and asked to check my dash photo to confirm which they did.

I have a MY11 sd4 with OEM navy and 6 cd changer yet the CD input slot is on top on my radio unit where in 2012 facelift is located lower to that. On their unit the fascia as a slot located at the same level as in MY12.
It would help alot if anyone with post 2012 model has removed the radio fascia and confirm that we share the same cd changer unit (most likely) but placed at different height. Also if anyone has seen snapshots of the removed dashboard of MY12 that could help as well.

Ill write if Ill reach a conclusion or got more feedback.

It's a tab so you can pull the plastic screen protector off once it's installed.
