10 Top Colours.

I have never seen this colour, Mauritius Blue, "on the tin", I know that it was a 2012 facelift option, it must be pretty rare.
Just out of interest a quick straw poll on, Autotrader, the top 10 colours. 1. Black = 461 2. Grey = 373 3. Silver = 214 4. Blue = 158 5. White = 105 6. Red = 81 7. Green = 45 8. Gold = 40 9. Beige = 4 10. Orange & Brown = 3

Scotland 2014 Freelander 2 TD4_e Dynamic Manual Fuji White

I looked at ordering a new dynamic in Mauritius Blue with ivory interior. My salesman told me to avoid that colour Laughing so I went for Fuji White with pimento interior instead Thumbs Up

This is the video I seen back in October 2013 which is when I ordered my new car. Wasn’t many dynamic reviews back then and there still isn’t much now either .

Wales 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Mauritius Blue

I can definitely say that Mauritius is a lovely colour for the Freelander 2. Very Happy

Lucked into finding mine, didn't have a colour in mind (other than black) so was looking at all sorts. The ad for mine appeared on Autotrader without photos to start and listed it as another dark blue (forget which), it was only when the dealer (LR main) sent the personalized video link thru that I knew what colour it actually was.

Prob my favourite for the later model years, Tambora Flame tops the list for earlier ones. Andrew

Scotland 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Mauritius Blue

Mine is Mauritius Blue, or as I call it, Malicious Blue. I didn’t know the colour existed until I saw it at the dealers. I have not seen many F2’s in the colour, but have seen a fair smattering of Ewoks in it.
I’m pleased to say the interior is black leather not ivory. Being an ageing hippy my black jeans cause havoc on I light coloured leather. Updated- Waiting for a Scotland v England 6 Nations home win. 24th Feb 2018

Mine's Mauritius Blue as well.
I see quite a few on my travels between Cardiff and the Forest of Dean every day.
My previous Fl2 was Black, and my first one Tambora Flame.
I quite like the rarer colours.
Bali Blue is a particular favourite of mine, but ould never find the right car whenever I've been looking to change.

Mauritius blue is lovely in my eyes, that or firenze red would be my ideal colour. Makes my Orkney grey look very drab. Big Cry Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I don't think that the, "Female", has a great bearing on the choice of interior colour, although Pam dislikes dark interiors, I think it's more to do with the, Asian Market, where they seem to like the bright and light colours, and JLR need this market. Just by chance a sat in a new, Ford Ecosport. What a black hole that was and no choice of any light relief.

Love that blue. I initially wanted one of the greys but could not find a decent one in the right spec. So I ended up with drug dealer black, limousine windows and all.

My sister has Ivory in her Evoque & I have Almond in the Freelander so we don't burn our backsides from the hot sun down under. I've been in cars where you get third degree burns from black leather in summer! You have to put a towel on the seat first. The inside of the car doesn't feel so depressing. We don't paint our homes black inside. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
