I looked at ordering a new dynamic in Mauritius Blue with ivory interior. My salesman told me to avoid that colour so I went for Fuji White with pimento interior instead

I can definitely say that Mauritius is a lovely colour for the Freelander 2.

Mine is Mauritius Blue, or as I call it, Malicious Blue. I didn’t know the colour existed until I saw it at the dealers. I have not seen many F2’s in the colour, but have seen a fair smattering of Ewoks in it.

Mauritius blue is lovely in my eyes, that or firenze red would be my ideal colour. Makes my Orkney grey look very drab. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I don't think that the, "Female", has a great bearing on the choice of interior colour, although Pam dislikes dark interiors, I think it's more to do with the, Asian Market, where they seem to like the bright and light colours, and JLR need this market. Just by chance a sat in a new, Ford Ecosport. What a black hole that was and no choice of any light relief. |

Love that blue. I initially wanted one of the greys but could not find a decent one in the right spec. So I ended up with drug dealer black, limousine windows and all. |

My sister has Ivory in her Evoque & I have Almond in the Freelander so we don't burn our backsides from the hot sun down under. I've been in cars where you get third degree burns from black leather in summer! You have to put a towel on the seat first. The inside of the car doesn't feel so depressing. We don't paint our homes black inside. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
