Its come up in a few threads - what car you had before you had your Freelander 2?, its impossible to do a poll as there are too many cars to list but how about if we all do a one liner on this thread stating what your last car was.

Poor traction control, too much power to front wheels, aquaplaning, etc. AWD system was only available on petrol version but I wanted good Mpg - I think the car was compromised by this. It also had terrible suspension, ventilation, seats, etc... Too be fair I had an Mg Tf (rear wheel drive) and I did not go out in the wet twice - it was far worst/terrifying. I will not buy anything without 4WD/AWD in future. |

My Audi had 140 diesel bhp's and only front wheel drive, but I always considered it good in the wet, but I did always insist on directional tyres, they seem so much better at shifting water.
