PTU Replacement

Hi I’m new to the forum, but have several LRs, I have droning noise and vibration in the front footwell so presume it’s the PTU as I have replaced all the tyres and a noisy rear wheel bearing. Just after advice if anyone else has had similar problems and and tips on replacing it.

New Zealand 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Sumatra Black

PTU and Gearbox oil changes would be my first go to before looking at replacing stuff, but I'm sure someone more experienced will be along shortly.
