I contacted Powerful UK and mentioned the wider arches. They told me they had some arches in the pipeline and that they already had the fronts sorted - but were having trouble with the rears due to the door shut. At this point I decided to see what they have planned , rather than spend any more time and effort completing mine. It's winter, and as I have moved, I would have to do the work outside, at the kerbside. Not a prospect I relish as it means constantly fettling the arches, removing them, taking them up the garden to the shed to fibreglass them, taking them back to the car to check the fit, taking them back up the shed etc, etc.Whereas if I had a garage, I could just move from the vehicle to the bench in a matter of feet and they'd be done by now.

Personally I wouldn't touch them. They're not hubcentric, meaning when you mount the wheels to them , the wheel will sit on the top most stud until you start fitting the nuts. The wheel can move around as nuts are tightened causing damage to the threads. In essence, the wheel may not be centred. Also, all the weight is on the studs, not on the hub.
