you can remove the left hand side reflector and drill out the holes to allow a socket to pass through, can be fiddley getting the nuts on still.

Witter used a similar attachment method and instructions included a template for drilling the holes to allow a long (13mm IIRC) socket through. Jules |

The foglight mounts are secured to the bumper by plastic welding the tabs. it will be possible to stick them back on with some form of adhesive or using melted plastic but you'll have to remove the bumper to do it right. The red arrows in the picture point to the plastic weld.The yellow ones are where the light fastens in.
