Ok, here's an odd one. My mum has just put an order in for a new Evoque which she will get in June. Obviously she doesn't have a reg yet but wanted to see what the insurance costs would be like.

Have a look and see if there is a listing under Range Rover not Land Rover. Regards

Both sites only had LR. RR was a model choice, but not a brand. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Couldn’t she just use the reg number from another Evoque of the same spec if she just wants to get an idea of prices? Pick one from here: https://used.landrover.co.uk/model-range-r...d#/results Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

New Ewok......Gen II (L551), not the old L538 version. It's that fresh, most of the insurers don't have it listed yet. The same situation will arise on release of the facelifted DS later in the year, and the new Defender as well. MY13 HSE Lux.......faultless since new. My god, what a faff if the Evoque comes in as a trim! Madness. At least it explains it though.

Don't your parents have a relative they could ask to help them out |

Surely everyone here is missing the point which is "why would anyone of sound mind buy an Evoque?" Perhaps that's what the systems are trying to tell you about the possible mental state of someone applying for Evoque insurance.

To be fair to it, having given it a proper work-out at Halewood last month, it is hugely improved over its predecessor, and annoyingly good in the rough stuff. You want it to fail, but unfortunately, it doesn't. At all. Yet..... MY13 HSE Lux.......faultless since new. |

DiL had one at home a couple of months ago, we “happened” to be visiting that weekend.......I liked it, better than the early model by a long chalk (even though this was not full production).
