United Kingdom 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black
What's it worth

i'm in the usual quandary, do I sell while there is still some value or do I run it into the ground? I have a 2012 XS with 30000 miles, full dealer service history, extended warranty, no issues but it's a diesel! Lovely car, does all I want but it's a diesel!
What to do?

its not on for much more, had it been a good car for you, any thing worth knowing about Question if you dont mind me asking

Thumbs Up

and Ramsey your low miles should add some value, I am asking about a 2012/12 with 90k in the low £8000's at a dealers

If its a good reliable car, I would keep it.
Why take the risk of buying someone else's hidden intermittent trouble.

The devil you know!!!

If you want to compare prices Buying / Selling put the reg numbers into Autotrader Website

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-valuation FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

What's it going to cost per year to change up to a new one; £4,000? You can buy a lot of maintenance for £4k on your existing. If you like the car, keep it. Deisel is taboo at the moment but they'll still be allowed for the foreseeable future.

That's interesting - I'm trying to deal with an insurance payout on a write-off (sad long story) - and they're only offering me £8k!! Do you mind letting me know where your old freely is advertised? I need to show 3 examples advertised at the value I'm disputing. Mine was a 2013 on 73k miles. Would really appreciate any info. 2013 SE TD4 in Mauritius Blue [Written off]

Have a look on Autotrader, there are many of that age and rough mileage at 9-10K
