Attack victims honoured in NZ Christchurch memorial

Representatives from dozens of countries are attending a memorial for the 50 people killed in New Zealand.

Cat Stevens, the British singer who converted to Islam, (now called Yusuf Islam), in the 1970s, also performed.

No one under 60 will know who he used to be . I don’t see a problem , he converted to Islam a long , long time ago . He was just another naive bloke making a few bob from singing dodgy lyrics, no matter what he sang back then he never whipped anybody up into a frenzy. , I doubt he’ll be belting out the gun song , probably not even “ I love my dog “ ...
