Door seal replacement

I would like to replace my driver side door seal as it is starting to look a bit tatty. What is the LR part number and could I get a passenger side seal to fit the drivers side? (they look compatible ad there seem to be more of these available on fleabay) -------------------------------------------------------------

The part number for the seal (on body) is LR001630. Only one part number is listed for left and right.
