Get a head gasket leak so water runs into the cylinder then you will have a nice clean cylinder. Alternatively you may get some cleaning by running the engine in thick fog. But other than clean cylinders you would be hard pressed to notice any perceivable difference.

I am sure someome will be more than happy to sell you a spark plug add on kit for increasing diesel engine performance! & they may even be able to supply spare sparks for the plugs if they are really good at their job! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

On the same note....
Did anyone tried a water injection kit?
I know some guys that installed such kits and, indeed, their cylinders/pistons are much cleaner. Visually...

Id have thought the oxygen and hydrogen would more readily have reacted together forming water or with the injected fuel rather than removing years of embedded solid carbon deposits.

Anyway the big problem with modern direct petrol injection is that the inlet side is not washed by the fuel and so returned gunge from the ERG and PCV systems build up affected inlet flow & swirl etc. This hydrogen/oxygen nonsense wont help with that. Jules
