2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Alaska White

Abnormal noise from auto trans when selecting reverse from c

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this noise.
Comes from either the park neutral switch or possibly valve body priming up after draining off over night or similer.
Now it only does this noise once in the morning when started from stone cold.
Only there in reverse and goes once drive is selected.
Hoping someone has had it before?
