removing connectors from injector freelander 2 td4 2.2

Hi all, I have a leaking injector seal and need to replace it but not sure how the leak off connector is removed and also the electrical connector, I've given them a wiggle but no more than that, they seem locked on.

can anyone advise, thanks Lee

may I politely suggest that if you cannot disconnect without asking for help may I suggest you leave well alone.
If the seal has failed the injector may be well carboned in the hole and removal could be very difficult plus if the seal has failed it often damages the seat and a reamer repair kit may be required along with a very gentle and accurate touch. Jaguar x-type sport gone

From the manual
The injector leak-off pipe forms a single component, and is provided as a complete assembly. The injector connector
comprises 2 moving parts. This 2-piece type of connection must be correctly removed from the injector otherwise the
connector will be damaged.
To remove the injector leak-off connector, the center locking clip must first be pulled upward and then removed using the 2
lugs on the connector release clip. To install the leak-off connector, the connector must be pushed on to the injector
leak-off port using the 2 lugs on the connector release clip, and then locked by pushing down on the center locking clip. A
pronounced 'click' will be heard when removing or installing the center locking clip.

But the two lugs - don't know if you squeeze or pull and they look flimsey.

From this tutorial (in french) it says You have to tighten the clip to unclip it (picture 010)
