Has anyone seen the 2009MY rear light units? They are only a sublte change but I am tempted! The lights themselves are the same, but the 'backing' is now black instead of grey.

I had to have one of my rear lights changed under warranty as it had a leak, I noticed when it was replaced it was black inside rather than grey, so I had odd lights. Luckily they replace the other one to match and they look much better with the black paintwork.  Current 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Black 2016 Onwards

Spoke to the lads at Team Valley today and asked about the prices of the lights, they told me they retail for £99.41 inc vat. each

When i mentioned i saw this on here said for members they will do them for £79.52 inc

Going to order a pair tomorrow, will hopefully get them for the weekend.

Will let you know what they look like once i get them fitted & past SWMBO  I think therefore I am

Having had a look I have found I have them on mine, I certainly didnt know it when I bought it though, must be another touch LR never advertised, a bit like the 'recessed' electric window switches.

I will spend more time admiring my 90 quids worth of rear lights now!!
