Agree - looks terrible

I mean like the sun is so incredibly strong in the UK you get blinded a minute after sunrise. Jules

What's wrong with the two flaps that are fitted to the inside?
At least you can flip them out of the way when not required. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

By "the two flaps that are fitted to the inside" do you mean the moon visors that can be flipped down to stop the moon dazzling you? Very handy when driving at night and they could also be used during the day if the sun is out. Anyone tried using them during the day?

They still do them for trucks. Also windscreen stone guards.

You could get venetian blinds, & You could get a plastic molded external venetian blind. Green film for top 1/10 or windscreen.

They looked good on Morris Travelers and the old Zodiacs but just doesn’t work on the Freelander.
