Sd4 low fuel rail pressure

Hi all,
Have 2013 sd4 which has started bring up engine management light on with restricted performance warning with reduced power if I try to accelerate anything more than extremely gently. My son has a Draper fault code ready which is showing fuel rail/system pressure low, any ideas please. Reading a lot about possible fuel filter problems .
Also last few days when trying to start get the message smart key not present although it is & has had recent new battery. Last night headlights kept switching themselves on Shocked throughout the night for probably a minute at a time & sometimes flashing, one accassion the alarm went off & couldn’t stop it Sad also tailgate open message coming up acassionly .
Any advice greatly appreciated thanks
Ben.

Yes Fuel filter, I had this on a couple of my FL2s and in both cases changing the fuel filter seems to have done the trick. It used to happen to me on a dual carriageway going up a long hill ie when a higher fuel flow is required. A LR Assist guy once told me that it was more prevalent on the earlier models before they changed the mesh size and especially in cold weather where you can get a batch of diesel that hasn't had the winter anti-waxing agents added. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
