From what I can see the G3D127-1 also feeds the front and centre 12v outlets.

Have you checked these for grounding (or residual voltage), or even (very carefully) provided your own earth to one of these sockets to see if it cures your problem. ---- You said originally that the sockets were failing as well as the seat heating.

If this cures your problems, and you can't trace the wiring back and find the fault, then you could supply an earth directly to an outlet, leaving the existing wires to connect the rest of the units missing the earth. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Hi Ian, sorry for the late reply - so having grounded the aux socket direct from neg on the battery the fault still exists.. really weird this one, got in car this morning and passenger heated seat lasted about 3 mins before the lamp on aux socket went off and seat movement dead.. 15 mins later all working again. Checked and double checked the sockets and connections under the seat to no avail...

It's beneath the front right seat (driver seat for RHD or passenger seat on LHD), a little behind B pillar. Look at below map.

Thanks Alex, I've saved a copy for future use.

Is there any way of getting it stuck on Forum Site like the wiring diagrams? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
