Right. I am about to come into some inheritance and have decided that some of it should be put aside and used as a "feck it, I want it so I'll have it" fund. Probably talking £5k or so (although if serious would consider selling the FL2 to add to fund).

Sorry to sound boring. Sit on it for 12 months. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

sitting on money over here now returns nothing, in 12 months time he might just have accrued £1.50 interest on his £5k

If you sit on it long enough it will pay for your funeral.

If you have a 'direct cremation' it will only cost £600. As per David Bowie, then you have plenty left over for toys! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Option 2 sounds the best to me. You can get some really nice toys for your FL2 with that money. Just do some research and decide what sounds exciting for you to get. That's what I'd do, at least. Last edited by Yoakem on 20th Aug 2022 9:13 am. Edited 2 times in total |

At £300 a pop £5,000 can dispose of 16 people who have really you off, and still have change for a nice meal out with the Mrs. Think of all that stress you will no longer have, and you wouldn't have a Disco2 breaking down every 5 minutes. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Failing getting rid of the in-laws, the boss, and the moron who won’t sell you a breakfast because it’s 2 minutes past 11, then how about upgrading to a HSE with more than enough toys?
