Agree, he should be charged, 100%.
He should've been able see the low bridge, the signs give due warning and clearance height.
The bridge also looks as if it's in a dip in the road, therefore it should've looked even lower than it is.
LR's are taller cars, but that would still have taken the tops of your normal euro-box saloon.
He's supposed to be a 'professional driver' and quite clearly his mind wasn't 'on the job'.
He was 'in control' of a mulit-ton vehicle and wasn't paying attention!
He could've quite easily rear-ended a small car, knocked down pedestrians etc .... killing all involved
He hasn't been charged.
He should be losing his job and paying for the damage at the very least!
