Royal Visit ?

Went out yesterday for a quick message and was approaching a large roundabout at a shopping complex. Noticed there was a black FL2 GS in front waiting to join the roundabout. I pulled up behind him and then saw another black FL2 waiting to join at the next turn. For a second or two there were three of us in convoy on the roundabout. Very surreal. Felt like I was taking part in a Royal cavalcade. Maybe it’s just me but since I’ve got mine ( one week ) I see them everywhere.

I am not particularly a royalist but there was an analysis in the financial press a year or two ago where they costed out the Queen and immediate family in terms of income to the country from tourism and UK brand image (apparently the Queen is the most recognised person on the planet) and if it was a business it would probably be in the FTSE100 . By comparison an elected president would probably be even more expensive (remember the proposal for BlairForce One ?) and unlikely to be a crowd puller. (Oh and you could get a Trump or Farage in power) 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
