It is an automated train.

There are automated 28,000 tonne iron ore trains in Western Australia & 360 tonne driverless mining trucks which run 24/365 other than for maintenance.

There is a 1,000,000 tonnes a day going through a single port. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
