Don't know how many of you have heard of this and I am not totally sure of my facts here, so it needs ratifying, but apparently there is a new Bill going through Parliament in the UK that is intended to prevent the delivery of a Car or Leisure battery to a residential address.

I've bought motorcycle batteries from Halfords that are dry and they come with a pre formed 6 pack syringe of sulphuric acid that you have to fill the battery with! Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

then they should stop high street sales , cash no ID, no address, in that case and allow only online then they know exactly who bought a battery and when.
