ronp i can get lost around the house, only yesterday i went out the door to go down to the workshop and went up the drive to the car . bxzx16v i have been meaning to go for years but work commitments meant i didn't only this year my son got me the tickets for fathers day and said now your retired no excuse.

Well back home after a long tiring day yesterday, plenty to see and do but not much Freelander related but as usual great if you drive a series or defender.

Well I for one shan't be going to Peterborough again. Too far to travel just to wander around looking for stuff that's never there. There's usually a few guys from Ireland (Kings) who usually have good stuff - new stuff that's been bought in error and sent back ,or shop soiled, that sort of thing - at really good prices (New HST Grille for £30 a couple of years ago). However, they've not seemed to have been to the shows for a couple of years. They were there yesterday so I was fairly confidant of getting a bargain, but was disappointed to find that this time all they had was 2nd hand stuff, nothing for the F2 .
Spent £10 on a couple of pints for me and the Mrs. She loaded the motor with stuff we could've gotten from the local garden centre.

Nearly got taken off the M6 by some stupid cow on the way back . The stretch of motorway was empty, 60mph restrictions and she came belting along at high speed in the fast lane, nothing else infront or behind us for at least 1/4 mile. Then she decides it's a good idea to change lanes when she gets level with me., forcing me across the carriageway onto the next lane. Realising what she's done, she swings back into the fast lane and accelerates even harder, then comes across all 3 lanes to make the next junction.
Here's a few F2's I saw on the car park when we left.
