Hi my Freelander 2 would not start with an error message saying steering column locked, apparently this is due to lack of earth feed from the instrument cluster, when I remove the F31 relay and short across connectors car starts and runs fine, has anyone come across this, is the fix a replacement cluster, c an I fit a used one easily?
