There is vibration and noise when the vehicle starts

My car is Freelander 2 my13 2.2t. It was recently found to be very vibrating. When the car starts, the accelerator pedal can feel the shock and the headrest can be felt. Some people say that the engine bracket is broken. Some people say that the nozzle gasket is broken. What can I do?
