I have the kit to do it. I enabled the towing module on my 2008 freelander the other day. Not tested it yet mind. I am not aware of any bluetooth update, do you have the details? |

Seems the firmware upgrade of the Bluetooth module is not so easy. Cambo found a way to do it but he wrote "It's a bit of a hack to make it work". See here: http://www.freel2.com/forum/post315056.html#315056. Maybe he can help out. Swapping the module for a newer one could be easier. |

I was "rummaging" around in JLR SDD the other day and realized that there was an update available for my bluetooth module. So, I decided to investigate further but changed my mind as the software suggested that the update could take upto 2+ hours. I unfortunately, could not dedicate the time for this then. I may give it a shot in the future however. |
