Have a look at your vibration dampers situated on the coil springs. The weight should be fixed in the centre. If its free to move up and down they have broken and will cause a clunk. If that is the problem, they are easily fixed by taking them off and aralditing (other epoxy two part adhesives are available!) the weight to the centre of the shaft. Both mine have failed some years ago, now araldited and no more problems. |

Just look in the wheel arch. The vibration damper is attached to the spring level with the top of the wheel. They do make a very noticeable clunk if they are not working. |

In lock it could be the Haldex. They need a service much more than the 10 years as set by JLR. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
