Rowy, I am looking for 4 x GS wheels and tyres, when you say nominal tread, do you mean lots of tread left or not much?
Thanks,

Start a new thread in the "for sale" section with the title WANTED...... then it might help the search Thumbs Up

We could do with a WANTED section too Confused Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Looking at UPS to see what they said

5 x 25kg packages (wheels only), sea freight total value of items £350, from Leeds UK, to CT, USA (choose Bloomfield town hall for delivery Whistle )

Quotes came back between £350 & £750GPB Shocked

You'll have duties and Tax to pay on top of that too Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Using a parcel broker like www.interparcel.com, you could send five 25kg packages to the USA for 396.75 GBP. Delivery in 5 to 6 days and would be by UPS. You can save 5% of this if you have used the site previously.

Still expensive but quicker than sea freight and is a door to door service.

Maybe Ryan Air and a big suitcase would be cheaper?

Ryanair Cheaper, Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Once you have added all the extra surcharges for fuel, paying for the ticket by debit card, wear and tear of the seat you sit on, the use of the light fittings, the makeup for the cabin steward, tyre rubber, new brake pads

It would be cheaper to buy a smelting plant, a cast of a 17" wheel and 1000kg of alloy and make them your self Evil or Very Mad

Ryanair my favourite airline Neutral Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
