well you've got me confused, never seen those colours for towing electrics, anymore details, 7 or 13 pin, what type/make of cut off? Common sense isn't very common.

hi thanks for replying it is a 7 pin caravan connection i only have the 5 wires thanks |

I presume this is the basic grey trailer socket and not the additional white cap one for caravan fridge etc. I guess you have a “piggy back” relay fitted somewhere instead of dedicated wiring. If so, trace the wires back to the relay, rip it out and fit a replacement new one. Won’t cost you ££.
