Forgot to add the fuel gauge went up to 3/4 of a tank before it dropped to zero which is odd as it's been on 1/2 a tank all week. |

I am assuming your faults were all wiped off and then a road test was done to bring 30 up if not they could have been sat on the systems for ever and a day.

Start with the basics of a good battery and second earth lead, also hold the battery leads together once disconnected for over 10 minutes. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current |

Exide Excell seem good, and supposedly have a different composition of the metal used for the plates which will make them last longer, but I could have been conned. I will update in about 10 years! www.tayna.co.uk are good and quick. |

I used Tayna last autumn for a new battery at only 4.5 of ownership from new to ensure the next 4 to 5 years goes electrically well. These beasts are power hungry and need feeding well. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
