Pre-delivery inspection, all scheduled services, related service items and body inspections are all accessible. This vehicle history is also updated each time you visit an Approved Service Centre.

No you can’t! Only dealers can add/amend OSH. I tried earlier today.

A year or so ago I registered on the OSH system and it looked as though it was possible to enter your own service record. I looked again recently and only main dealers or independents can do so. The independent has to submit letter headed paperwork as additional proof. Shame since I wanted to keep the OSH up to date. I'll just keep all the parts invoices etc as has been suggested.

It's not only modern electronics that make DIY servicing more awkward even the paperwork isn't as simple!

Just had a look at my cars service record, the last 2 services were with Taggerts .. nothing logged by them .. in fact I have 2 outstanding service notices Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

When I purchased my Metro FL2, I had to chase one of the garages to retrospectively enter the annual service details into the Online Service History.
This was in spite of the Metro being supplied with an otherwise splendid pack of printed paperwork in a leather binder.

It is worth keeping an eye on your OSH to make sure garages are entering details as it seems that the process is new to them as well. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 82k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)
