I can still just about access the rear jacking points with my side steps but I prefer to use a trolley jack under the diff mount (No.3)

Aww - the fitting pics show the brackets for the bars go into where you jack up at 1 and 2 |

I avoid trolley jacks in case I damage the siill plus with my steps it would be rather tight. I’d also avoid causing stress by jacking up from diffs. Yes I know many do it.... MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Depending on your bracketry you might still be able to use the front points (2) as normal - just using the brackets as a 'pad' to spread the load. I always use a hockey puck on top of my trolley jack to avoid any metal/metal contact. Cheers,

Mine has side bars and I can't pop the axle stands under with them attached. I generally drop them off before I start. Only four bolts to undo but yes it adds about 5-10mins to job time whenever you want to be underneath. |

I use a rubber jack pad with a cutout on the trolley jack to avoid bending the metal sill but would want to be able to use the scissor jack on the jacking points in case of emergency when on the road so i'm going to have to give the bars a miss - shame no1 had thought about the jacking problems when designing the brackets? |

The bolts that holds on my steps are the same size as the wheel brace remove the two bolts side staple just slides out of the bracket as part of the design |
