Service Interval's

Hi all
Has anyone on this site put together and easy to look at service schedule
EG:
1 year
2 Year
3 Year
10 Year and so on??
Quite often people who know, do their servicing earlier than stated by Land Rover.
Just wondering, i have searched this site but I could be putting wrong description in search.

Cheers all and Thumbs Up for a great forum

Later cars although having the same service had increased intervals (16k miles I believe), but this is what they follow.

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Firenze Red

As above but I prefer to change oil in between each annual service as in truth its not that expensive for a car that does DPF burns that dilute it.

As for the rest of the oils in the transmissions and power steering would you leave it 10 years ? Not me, 5 at most and by year 7 (<100,000 miles) a new cam belt etc.

Easy to say if you have time being retired with no large debt.

Preventative maintenance is the key to a long and happy relationship (that means still sending the wife out to work Very Happy ). FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current

Thanks for all the replies.
I was after more should do and not what Land rover said you should do..(if that makes sense)
There are loads of info like this on the Disco forums.
The one thing i have noticed with the F2 (and I love it) is after market accessories are None existing.
Snorkels lift kits etc.

Anyhoo I'm just so busy just driving and enjoying it.

I attended the 'Pre-Dealer' launch of the FL2 at Gaydon. Remember this was when Ford owned LR.
At that meeting were the Dept Engineer Managers. I had a long discussion with the Accessory manager, who basically told me there was NO PLANs to make many accessories for the FL2 ! not at launch and not after launch !!

So, that leaves the 'After-Market' arena. That market was not interested in 'low-volume' units for the FL2, as most vehicle owners are the 'wash & polish brigade'. (and the market is not changed today).
Yes there were some G4's out there and Safety Devices and Mantec both made roof racks / ladder and underbody protection. With aftermarket companies going bust (Mantec Nene ......) who would really enter this market ????

To build my vehicle I have had to engineer many, many items.

You can only lift the car by about 20mm. Maybe 25mm at one end. So probably not worth the effort!

Money I have wasted on the car, had to do the custom modifications myself, keeps you out of trouble!

Window covers, if you sleep in the car it keeps it a lot warmer, also use a bit of foam mat up next to the wheel arch intrusions as these get cold at night, yes we do get sub zero down under!
