The Stop/Start button you are talking about on your Tambora FLAME colour is not traffic motion Stop/Start.

You will need a vehicle with the TD4e engine control.
Each time you drop the clutch and stop the engine will shut down automatically (under the conditions listed above) When you engage gear and bring up the clutch the engine restarts and you are on your way.
