I have thank you. But they don't have the two extra roof bars on. Just the one structural one.

If they are the cross bars - in the end plastic trim which covers the fixing clip there should be a slot which a flat blade screw driver fits into - twist this 90 degrees and they should just pull away. If you turn more than 90 then you start to relock them. |

Yes thats the ones CJOver thank you for your reply. I have rotated them with a screwdriver and they didn't budge but now I know about the 90° I will try a little more force |
