Eventually the box is out!

The plastic filter seems clean?

However, there are some metal bits in the oil. The suggestion was to recon the torque converter as well, but my instructiin was in any case to do everything and get ot over and done with, including fresh diff oils.

Should get the car back in the next 2 days
