Many older cars with electrical problems have benefited by having a extra earth lead fitted. Do a search for it as there are specific threads on size and fitting I think. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Ivan you need to search as I have a MY13 and its factory fitted. But its from the neg side of the battery. I think some go for a bolt near the starter motor. Its on here somewhere and maybe others have the link to hand. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
