Single bulb, as is mine Bob didn't think to ask her what she had, she minded me to stay away from Halfords though. Laughing

as for dimming think i'll wait and see what your views on it are after having these resistance wires fitted if you wouldn't mind posting any good/bad please. If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Got my FL2 in the dealer today to look at the intermittent heated windscreen and the Tech bulletin for Halogen bulbs blowing.

They've just called me off the back of the health check to say the anti-freeze reading is below requirement for the current cold snap and want Ā£87 to change it.

any thoughts on the true cost to drain and refill anti-freeze ? especially given this cold snap isn't going to last much longer ??

Halfords did mine for Ā£37 last year, donā€™t you just love Land Rover main dealers Ā£87 Censored

You need some Emmerdale or similar theme music Laughing

Really at a loss with this as HB3 seems the majority think they are as dull as dishwater but if you put brighter in, they blow so hopefully your resistance wires will allow you to use a better lamp as don't like using my foglamps every evening I leave the house!!! suppose the days are getting longer though. Rolling Eyes If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Back in the days of the old ā€œdinner plateā€ headlights, when going to dip, one went out and the other clunked downwards operated by a solenoid. It seems that with the latest single bulb lights we have progressed no further. ...Maybe even backwards, as I expect those old 6v bulbs lasted longer! Confused
