Strange diagnostic codes?...58-43, 58-C0, 58-C1 & 58-42

Hiya, I have an ‘08 Freelander 2. The engine management light came on so we got the fault codes from the car diagnostics but I cannot track down what they mean.

They are....58-43, 58-C0, 58-C1 and 58-42 (that’s all it says along with dates and times they occurred). Is there a list somewhere or does anyone know where I can find out please? Thank yooouuu! Xx
