You're correct, that's one of the pics from the advert. It's been snowing since I got it, ideal timing really! |

Lots of chatter on tyres so do a search via the tab. I m now on CrossClimtes, a little more expensive but I am a happy enough bunny. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Another option, especially for the snowy weather is Nokian Weatherproof. I loved the drive they gave when I had a pair on the front my 1st FL2 but they did wear out quite quickly. Although, other people have got good mileage out of them.

I am more than happy with Quatrac5’s on my GS. Performed well on snow and ice over the last couple of months on remote Highland roads at night, yet also good on a quick run down onto Motorways further south. I’ve been running these for a number of years on the Volvo and really impressed by their all-season ability, especially in snow and on very wet roads with a lot of standing water. Not an off-road tyre, though, if that is what you really need. 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

Proper ' ansome car. I do like the look of the GS wheels and sensible rubber for a 4 x 4. My vote is for Nokian Weatherproof - leave em on all year as you gets lots of weather up there no doubt. |
